Our favorite destination these days is Xàbia and the surrounding area in Spain. Our daughter and her boyfriend have a house and grounds where we can stay with our campervan; previously we went windsurfing in northern Spain, among other things, and nowadays, due to our age, we do a bit more cycling in the relatively flat part there. We enjoy the beautiful weather and the surroundings there, and we have a great time in the early season and enjoy the Spanish climate. From the beginning of September '26, I can expect a call from the Bergman Clinic for a knee replacement, so... no trips with "bussie" for the time being. The nickname "bussie" dates back to the VWT4 days. Nowadays, with a fixed bed and storage space, it is all a bit more comfortable with an automatic transmission, air conditioning, a fixed bed, a higher countertop, a larger fridge, and a solar panel.
