Joshua was super easy to deal with from start to finish, very responsive throughout, bent over backwards to help us with van pick-up and drop-off, and the van description was completely fair and representative. Great van, easy to drive, lot of space for a short trip around the Lake District. Managed to stay completely off grid and had no issues with needed into charge. Josh was great and very accommodating. I would hire this van again. August 2026
