We had a great experience and that was our first time. We took this van for a 3 days trip to Edinburgh and Anna was very helpful and responsive. She checked in with us when we arrived to make sure everything was okay and always replied quickly to our messages. When we picked up the van, she was very kind, patient and explained everything clearly. We would definitely hire this car again. September 2026
