Me and my partner had such a wonderful experience with Big Bertha. We booked in a week, and every part of the experience was so simple and enjoyable. The communication from Morgan and Jay was fantastic, and they were lovely. They provided such a fantastic service and made the whole process so easy and pleasant. They were on hand to help when needed, but very little help was needed ultimately, due to the fact that they had provided such clear guides and instructions. They were punctual and a safe pair of hands. This was our first time using this service, and it couldn't have been a better experience, and that is due to the effort that Morgan and Jay put in. The motorhome itself was impeccable and genuinely delightful. Spacious, well stocked, really comfortable. I'm 6'7 and found Big Bertha to be really spacious, and the main bed was particularly roomy, which was a nice surprise. We also really appreciated the price point. It's a very reasonable price for the quality provided, and we will definitely be renting Big Bertha again. We would highly recommend. July 2026

We had a wonderful experience renting this motorhome. The owners, Morgan and her husband Jonathan, were very pleasant to deal with and communication was excellent throughout. They arranged a direct pick‑up and drop‑off at the ferry terminal car park in Newcastle, which made our trip from the Netherlands incredibly easy. The motorhome itself was fully equipped with everything we needed and was perfect for travelling with a family with young children. The handover was smooth and well‑explained, and the owners remained available during our trip for any questions about how things worked. The Motorhome we hired was excellent, as was the service. It was clean and well maintained and had some bespoke 'homely' touches which were well done and made a real difference from some sterile Homes I have hired before. Beds were comfortable, bedding and towels of good quality and we had a great few days in a perfect Motorhome. Thank you too all. April 2026
