Hey, I'm Denis!

Hi! I’m a campervan owner and travel enthusiast who loves the freedom of exploring new places on the road. I share my camper so others can enjoy the same comfort and adventure that camper travel offers. I take great care of the vehicle, keeping it clean, well-maintained, and ready for every journey. I’m always happy to help with tips and recommendations to make your trip easy and enjoyable.
Favourite destinations
Ireland is one of my favourite countries to explore by campervan. I especially recommend the Wild Atlantic Way, the Ring of Kerry, Connemara, and the beautiful coastal areas of County Clare — perfect places to slow down and enjoy nature at your own pace.

Not the best experience. To start with Denis is not the best communicator. It was not clear, for example, that the handover would be in a public car park. Any questions about leaving my car were either not understood, or ignored. The camper was right hand drive but on a Polish plate, in hindsight I think I should have sought confirmation that we were properly insured. We were offered bed linen and towels for an extra €30 which I agreed, we later found that towels had not been supplied and any mention I made once again was either not understood or ignored. Upon inspection there was a nasty scratch/dent along the left hand side, and the electric step was damaged beyond use. I signed to confirm the condition of the camper and we were on our way. Nothing much was explained. My daughter and I then went to the music festival as planned. All seemed OK until the next morning, trying to make breakfast. It turned out that one of the sockets was not working and that there was a bad connection to the hob's plug, we eventually worked it out. The shower is an outdoor one, so not usable in a music festival as it offered zero privacy. On arriving back to the camper on our third night the leisure battery was dead, nothing worked. When I contacted Denis his response was that it had not been sunny enough that day! Returning it at the agreed time, I was asked if I had emptied the grey water tank and the toilet cassette. I had not. For this and the bed-linen (minus towels) I had £90 deducted from my deposit. I had stupidly thought that the above was covered in the £184 'cleaning and preparation' fee. I understand that it is an unpleasant job, and apparently I had signed agreeing to empty them myself (small print) but it was not mentioned before and there was certainly no explanation of how I would do it! After all this, I felt a little ripped off, so I felt compelled to write this review to forewarn others to check everything before you drive off. Oh, and why was everything charged in £ when we are in Ireland? August 2026

We spent two weeks touring the NW of Ireland, from Donegal to Connemara. The van was perfectly suited for the trip: well kitted out, comfortable and not too big for the narrow country roads. We had some issues understanding the electrics in the beginning (charging the battery, either plugged in or via the solar panel) but Dennis and his brother were very responsive, answering our questions. I am sure they will thoroughly explain how things work to their lucky future renters, right from the beginning. Once we understood the electrics, we could enjoy being independent for multiple days.
