I would never hire from Brendan again. The campervan was unfit for purpose. The leisure battery would not charge unless it was hooked up to the mains. Although we specifically told Brendan we would not be in campsites. I looked for a refund and was refused. It was an absolute disgrace we might as well have been in a tent. DO NOT HIRE FROM HIM - STAY AWAY! October 2025

Il passaggio di consegne è stato perfetto, ci hanno dato una mano con l’acquisto dei biglietti del bus e sono stati super flessibili con orari riconsegna. Abbiamo fatto un bellissimo giro di 1.200 km dalla costa Nord a Galway per poi tornare verso Nord. Il camper era comodissimo e ho dormito sempre molto bene. Abbiamo avuto un problema iniziale dovuto all’acqua calda, non avevamo capito che alcune dotazioni elettriche avrebbero funzionato solo se collegate ad una torretta in un camper site, però il frigo e le luci hanno funzionato lo stesso, quindi ci siamo adattati subito. Il camper è diventato la nostra casetta per 8 giorni, mi è dispiaciuto riconsegnarlo!!! August 2025

Great motor Everything worked as should August 2025

I hired this camper back in July for 2 weeks and l had so many problems with it, examples: Waist tank could not be emptied, so waist water came up threw shower drain. Fridge stopped working after 2 days, no power extension cord, fresh water hose that had a rubber push on fitting, which made it impossible tae fill the van at a water point. There were quite afew more problems but these are just afew of the important ones. I had tae take this matter further once l returned and l won a complete process but the Campervan owner has refused tae pay the compensation. I strongly advise everyone tae stay clear of this motorhome lender and their vehicles. I have also not heard back from Goboony about the non-payment after 2 email attempts now, which is also a concern. John July 2025

We picked the campervan up from Brendan on a very wet Saturday and headed for the north coast. Although Brendan had explained about the vans features we had to phone him a few times. He answered promptly and was very patient. We ended up in Portrush and stayed for 2 nights. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. We are intending to hire the same campervan in the future. Brendan is very relaxed and easy to talk to. June 2025

Explored the giants causeway coastal path. Trip was fantastic. Brendan was so accommodating and even drove us to the airport. Motor home was well equipped and tidy and very economical on fuel. Planning our next trip already June 2025

My partner and I had an incredible time exploring Ireland in the campervan Scooby-Doo! Paudie and Brendan were super helpful from the very beginning — friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience really enjoyable and stress-free. Scooby-Doo was the perfect way to see the country. It had everything we needed, and it was such a great little van to get around in — easy to drive, park, and set up wherever we went. The bed was super comfy and kept us warm even on the slightly chillier nights — we didn’t even need to put the heating on! Having the camper gave us the freedom to go at our own pace, explore the countryside, cities and make spontaneous stops. We saw some incredible places and had so many memorable moments along the way. Would absolutely recommend Scooby-Doo for anyone wanting a fun, flexible, and cosy way to see Ireland! April 2025
