I had an excellent experience renting Julian’s van over the Easter weekend. From the very beginning, Julian was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. He took the time to properly explain how everything works, which made a huge difference, especially for someone trying van life for the first time. The van itself is clearly very well looked after and felt more like a personal vehicle than a rental. Everything was clean, organised, and fully functional — kitchen, heating, water system, and bathroom all worked perfectly. You can tell this is a van that’s genuinely used and cared for, not just rented out for profit. Driving it was also much easier than expected, and Julian’s offer to do a quick familiarisation drive was really appreciated. Overall, this was the perfect introduction to van life — comfortable, reliable, and stress-free. Julian was extremely kind and informative. We met once before the rent so he could show us the working of the motorhome, given that we were new to the game. He then followed up with a document where everything was well explained. I was very happy with his care and attention to details.
