⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic first campervan experience We had a fantastic family holiday in Franky and couldn’t have asked for a better first campervan experience. The van was comfortable, really well equipped, great to drive and had everything we needed. Bridget was brilliant from start to finish – incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. Her comprehensive guide, videos and practical tips made getting to grips with a VW California for the first time really straightforward, and she was always happy to help if we had a question. Franky is clearly very well cared for, and it felt like Bridget genuinely wanted us to have a great holiday rather than simply hiring us a vehicle. Even after we returned Franky, Bridget went above and beyond. We accidentally left a few things behind and, just two days later, everything arrived back in the post along with a lovely handwritten note. Such a thoughtful gesture. We made some brilliant family memories and were genuinely sad to hand Franky back. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bridget and Franky, and we’d happily hire her again. Thank you, Bridget!
