We had a lovely week away in Bertha, the whole process was seamless. The handover with Gemma was quick, easy and informative. Bertha was spotlessly clean and comfortable for our trip to Devon. We would definitely recommend hiring this Campervan and hopefully we will get to use it again. October 2026

Very friendly and informative handover, especially as it was all new to us. Couldn’t fault the campervan at all and very easy to drive. September 2026

Fantastic trip - Hand over with Gemma was very smooth and everything was explained to us before we left. Both Gemma and Ben were really flexible with our trip requirements. Even before we started the trip we had a conversation with Gemma to go over all the extra things we might need to know. We took Bertha to North Devon and Dorset and the drive was very smooth, van very comfortable and had everything we needed for a good trip. I would 100% recommend Gemma and Bertha and we now been bitten by the camper van bug :-) Thank you Gemma & Ben :-) September 2026

We had a fantastic experience hiring Gemma’s VW camper (Bertha) for our NC500 road trip. The camper was brilliant and performed really well throughout the trip. We covered everything with winding roads of the NC500 to some much muddier and less forgiving conditions, and the camper/tyres gave us loads of confidence when things got a little more challenging. It’s also a really agile van, which made navigating the narrower roads and tighter sections of the route much easier. What we particularly loved was that it gave us the best of both worlds, all the practicality and freedom of a campervan, but with the driving experience and confidence of something that feels much more like a car than a van. That made a huge difference on some of the more challenging roads. Gemma was also absolutely lovely to deal with, friendly, helpful and really easy going, which made the whole experience straightforward from start to finish. We’d definitely hire from Gemma again and would happily recommend her camper to anyone looking to explore Scotland. It was the perfect vehicle for our NC500 adventure! September 2026

Great Experience, Gemma was very accommodating and helpful! Would highly recommend and use again. July 2026

Really smooth handover - Gemma was very organised. We had a fab time in Bertha. The van was really well equipped and very comfortable. June 2026

Everything went smoothly with Gemma, handover and return were quick, efficient and friendly. Excellent van that performed flawlessly, would not hesitate in using again and recommending to others. May 2026

Bertha was an excellent companion to our long trip to Spain and provided us with solid and very safe journey. The van is beautifully finished and equipped with everything we needed and more. Cosy and comfortable and quite economic for long journeys. Gemma was very attentive and super friendly and quick to respond to any queries we had prior to the trip and also during the booking itself. We cannot fault Gemma as the host or Bertha at all. We had the best time and we highly recommend them. April 2026
