Voyage en Ecosse magnifique, la location du Van Outlander de Scott a été un plaisir du début à la fin. Scott a été très réactif pour répondre à toutes nos questions avant et pendant le voyage. Le Van Outlander était très bien équipé, tout était pensé pour que ce soit pratique à bord, beaucoup de petits détails qui facilitent la vie en autonomie. Scott nous a gentiment proposé de nous déposer dans Edinburgh à notre retour, nous avons apprécié ce service. Si nous retournons en Ecosse, nous ferons de nouveau appel à ses services sans hésiter. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème et Scott est avenant, agréable, arrangeant et disponible. We huurden bij Scott een kleinere camper, omdat we verwachtten dat de wegen in Schotland niet zo goed en smal zijn. Zijn camper (een VW Transporter met verhoogd dak genaamd Ben Nevis) leek daarvoor geschikt. We werden niet teleurgesteld. Verrassend makkelijke campervan met voldoende ruimte als je die een beetje praktisch inruimt en stahoogte, waardoor het ruimer aandoet. In het verleden huurden we vaker grotere campers, dus het was even wennen. De camper heeft alles wat men zo nodig heeft en doordat er in het verhoogde deel een soort vloer gelegd kan worden is er extra ruimte voor een kind om te slapen of je koffers op te bergen. Voor het weggaan even checken wat je persoonlijk verwacht nodig te hebben (zoals bijv. Levelers of een chemisch toilet of een extra verlengsnoer) en zonodig bij Scott vragen, want die heeft het wel beschikbaar. De Schotse wegen zijn smaller dan in Europa en soms single track en meestal met gaten, putdeksels en andere bumps. De Ben Nevis heeft daarvoor de ideale afmetingen en ondanks de handicap voor een continentaal bestuurder van een rechts stuur manoeuvreert het allemaal soepel en gemakkelijk. No sweat. Daarbij komt de relaxtheid en vriendelijkheid van Scott. Hij is reuze alert en attent, reageert snel en is gewoon een uiterst sympathieke vent. Wij hadden in Glencoe op enig moment ‘s avonds de accu leeg. Appje naar Scott en binnen het uur was er een bedrijf om de accu te laden en alles weer op orde te krijgen. Klasse. Wij weten nu één ding zeker: Schotland is mooi, maar met Scott en zijn campervan werd het een onvergetelijke trip. Bedankt Scott. July 2026

Fantastic experience, and Scott is the best! The Green Machine is everything you would expect from it, we saw some beautiful landscapes, slept in stunning spots and had a lot of fun. Scott was super helpful and he’s really available for everything, I think it couldn’t be better than this. I hope we can come back to Scotland and rent again this beautiful van! June 2026
