Simon was really helpful, friendly and informative during our handover when picking up the Motorhome. We thoroughly enjoyed our time around England and Wales and felt thoroughly at home after long days of exploring once we got back to the van. We have hired a few motorhomes from here and each one has been great but this one is definitely the best. You would not be disappointed. Simon was really helpful, showed me around and made sure I knew where each control, valve etc I needed was. Easy to find and ok to leave my car making it nice and easy. The van was very clean, there was towels and bedding, air freshener & hand wash. The van layout is the best we’ve experienced - bigger than usual bed over cab & usual mid seating but had an additional U shaped lounge area at the back, which is a brilliant use of space. Van was well maintained and drove well, they’re all noisy due to the camper fittings, but steering and suspension were good, tight and no knocks, it was just as it should be & I’m quite particular with things like that. Everyone loved our trip and we will definitely use this one again at every opportunity. September 2024
