Great experience from the very first message! Sean and Jo were communicative, helpful and patient with us as first-timers. Collection day was smooth with all the information we could've needed. There's a lot to to take in but it's all straightforward enough and written in a manual to take with you just in case you need a refresher once pitched. The drive itself was comfortable with no issues along the way but we could rest assured knowing that Sean was available to speak to should we need him. Drop off day was just as easy with a quick check over before we headed home. One tip: do the 3rd sweep before leaving - if not, you will end up calling back for your belongings just as we did! DOH! Joanne and Sean were nothing short of amazing! They accommodated a last minute booking after a booking with a different company fell through. They were quick to reply and helped to make the process of hiring our first camper as seamless as possible. Handover was straightforward and everything explained very well, there’s nothing they haven’t thought of when it comes to their van. And it’s a great little drive! 🚐 We spent three nights in the Lakes and their van became a real home from home. We had the most fantastic time and will 100% be getting on the road again. We had a wonderful trip to the Lakes in Candy. 2 adults, one dog but with the drive away awning we had plenty of space, especially for drying our wet clothes! The weather was not on our side, but we were nice and cosy in the van and took advantage to catch up on some reading, and a bit of sleeping. The service from Sean was great. From the post-booking interactions through to the return process. The handover from Sean was really useful. He told us where everything was and how things worked, which we immediately forgot, but that didn't matter as he provided a great handbook with detailed instructions and photos for us beginners. This was our first time doing a campervan holiday and we chose this one due to location and reviews. The process and service from Sean from start to finish was fantastic. He was quick at responding to our initial queries and flexible with collection and drop off times. Upon collecting, Sean gave us a full tour and demonstration for using the van which gave us full confidence in using it. It’s a lot to take in first time but he also provided a manual with clear explanations and photographs on how to use everything. Sean was quick to reply with any questions we had while out on our trip too. The van itself was immaculately clean on collection and had everything we needed for two nights around the Snowdonia area with two young children, 7 and 4, who loved camping in the pop top. You won’t be disappointed when booking this van with Sean and we’ll definitely look to do it again soon. April 2025
