Easy booking process, and great communication with the owner Rich. The handover was straightforward with everything fully explained/demonstrated. We had a fabulous time with Tarquin last weekend. Richard was really helpful on arrival and talked us through popping the roof up, taking it back down, and everything else we needed to know as first timers in a camper. We had plenty of space to pack all our stuff out the way, and really enjoyed having a fridge for chilled beers and wine. A definite upgrade on previous camping experiences. Sleeping too was quiet, comfortable, and warm. September 2024

Thanks Rich for the great support on our first trip with a campervan! Cornwall is a fantastic camping paradise with great pitches. We drove around for 14 days and are thrilled with the country and its people. We particularly liked (“insider” tips ;-): - the small beach at Tintangle Castle (for relatively secluded swimming in the last hour of opening time) - the artists' studios in St. Ives - the dune landscape north of the town of "Rock" on the Camel River - the yurts on Sarah & Rob's farm (Tremeer Farm Yurt Cornwall), where our daughter collected fresh eggs for breakfast from the chickens - the foodist scene in Padstow - the warm Jubilee Pool (Art Nouveau bath) in Pencance in the drizzle - the sumptuous cream tea in a cake stand in the St. Michaels Mount restaurant - the lively beach bar on Lusty Glaze Beach - the Cornish coastal path with descents to small dream bays - these gardens - incredibly lush - the foodist scene in Padstow We will be back definitely! July 2024

Second time hiring from Rich, this time Tarquin rather than Gino. Tarquin is quite an upgrade, with considerably more space and a few extra facilities (the heater was useful on cold nights), but still easy to drive. As before, Rich was very helpful with the booking, and arranging delivery and pickup of the van. I'm looking forward to the next trip. July 2024

Fantastic camper! Rich was brilliant, thorough handover and made himself available during the rental in case we had any problems. We rented the van in April, using the heater for a little while in the evening left the van cosy for the rest of the night. Everything you need for the camping experience is provided. We live in Cornwall and only have a small ( electric) car. So Gino was hired to help us revisit old haunts from when we would arrive in an old camper with 5 kids on board. And he was great. We didn’t sleep in him ( this time) but visited Padstow, Heligan Gardens, the Lizard and environs. Great to park up and just….look. It could have been better. But Gino is not responsible for the weather. Eating and drinking was strictly inside! Rich was lovely to deal with. Very helpful, relaxed and organised! We’ll be back. March 2024

We had a brilliant time in Gino! We spent five days travelling in Cornwall and Gino was perfect. Very well equipped and myself, my wife our one year old son were very comfortable. Rich was so helpful showing us how everything worked and answering all our questions. We'd definitely hire Gino again! September 2023

Gino was great and really did meet our expectations :) He was a joy to drive and the four-wheel-drive was excellent for manoeuvring through a field. The handover was very thorough and we received a video with further instructions about the roof, which was really helpful. We really enjoyed our long weekend away in Gino and felt we had just about everything you need. The waterproof sheet and camping chairs were an added bonus too.
