My friend, my dog and I spent a week in Craig’s van Ria, touring around part of the NC500 and venturing over to Lewis, Harris and Skye! This was truly a trip of a lifetime, made all the better by Craig being absolutely brilliant, incredibly helpful and on hand anytime for a quick call whenever we needed a question answered. With both of us being relatively new to driving a van, Craig quickly made us feel at ease, talking us through everything and sending us off with a wave of confidence and excitement. Ria was an absolutely treat to tour Scotland with, the gorgeous orange exterior making folk smile as they walked by, and bringing us mountains of joy and fun along with it. We truly had the best time, so much so we’re considering buying our own van! Would highly recommend Freedom Campervans, and will definitely be back in the future for more adventures! This was the greatest trip we've ever done. The mothership or 'Ria' ran beautifully. We got 4 nights out of her, the fridge and heating worked perfectly. All appliances worked nicely and it's a very quick and easy set-up. Plenty of room for 3 people to comfortably live in. Highly recommend contacting Craig and doing this yourself, he was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the process and will definitely be booking again. June 2025

Craig was extremely helpful from our first inquiry onwards. He gave us lots of informatiion to prepare us for the trip and the fittings and features of the campervan. Craig was also easily contactable during our trip away if we had any questions. This helped us to have peace of mind whilst away. We spent 6 nights in Mork, as a group of 2 adults and 2 kids. There is limited space in a van and we certainly filled it! As time went on we found better ways to store our belongings and got into the rhythm of "van life"! Our last night wild camping was particularly memorable - in a beautifully remote spot in the highlands. We loved our first camper van adventure to the West Coast, Isle of Skye and Highlands. Mork is really well equipped, we used the heating a bit on those chillier evenings and mornings, and the oven helped to make cooking that little bit easier. I would recommend this trip to anyone! Ce trip d'une semaine en Ecosse en compagnie de mon fils était une expérience formidable ! Le Van est une solution idéale pour découvrir les paysages fantastiques des Highlands et accéder aux endroits les plus reculés. Nous avons alterné les spots en "sauvage" et les campings pour avoir une douche chaude de temps en temps. Craig a toujours été disponible rapidement pour répondre à nos questions, le Van est dans un état parfait. Je recommande vivement ! June 2019

Craig est un loueur très sérieux et disponible. Super accueil, il est venu nous chercher à l aéroport. Le van est très récent et très bien équipé. Un kit de départ était fourni (café thé liquide vaisselle huile sel poivre PQ..) ainsi que tout le nécessaire pour dormir. Le van est idéal pour les petites routes d Ecosse, nous avons campé en pleine nature pendant 2 semaines. Craig est resté joignable pendant toute la durée du séjour au cas où, c’est rassurant. Tout s’est bien passé et on veut retourner visiter ce beau pays. July 2019

La experiencia ha sido perfecta. La furgoneta estaba nueva, tal y como aparecia en las fotos, y Craig ha estado siempre atento y muy comunicativo en todo momento. Nos ha dado todas las facilidades tanto el dia de llegada como el de salida, algo que se agradece cuando vas cargado con todo el equipaje. Ha sido nuestro primer viaje alquilando una camper, y fue todo perfecto. Absolutamente recomendable. August 2019

Tout est fait pour que la location se déroule parfaitement! Craig est très clair dans les renseignements et les possibilités offertes. L'écosse est faite pour réaliser un superbe voayge en Van. Il est possible de trouver un endroit pour passer la nuit avec une incroyable vue en se levant!!! Pas besoin de faire sècher la tente après une nuit de bivouac.   Craig est très disponible tout au long de votre séjour, en cas de problème mais aussi en cas de conseil sur votre roadtrip.  Le van est assez spacieux pour 3 adultes et possède tous les équipeents nécessaire pour avoir un séjour très agréable. Had a great long weekend in the van, absolutely loved it! Craig was a massive help answering all our questions and making sure we knew what we were doing. Van was really well equipped and so much roomier than we anticipated! Would definitely rent from Craig again and will be recommending his van to friends and family! August 2020
