Ernie was everything that we could have hoped for! We spent 4 days in the Lake District. Driving it was a breeze, never felt small with 3 of us in. Dawn was always very quick to reply to any questions, and super accomodating. Mark picked us up from the train station and gave us a very thorough presentation of Ernie. We had a great weekend in Dennis! Mark gave a really thorough run through of the van when picking it up. The van itself is brilliant - good to drive, fitted to a high quality throughout and the perfect size for 2-3 adults. Ernie was perfect from start to finish. The booking experience was easy, quick, and efficient. The communication with the owners Mark and Dawn was fantastic, they were there to answer any questions, really helpful and also friendly. We had a fantastic holiday in Ernie, despite the storm. Mark and Dawn could not have been more helpful, especially when we had an issue with the pull out bed- even driving up to York at 9am on a wet Sunday morning to fix it. We had a fantastic time with this campervan, we made the most of our holiday with it travelling around North Wales with my husband and two girls age 5 and 2. Both girls loved sleeping up in the top and we would love go again and hopefully soon. Both the owners are lovely and they are very welcoming, our communications are excellent all the way through. Our time with Dennis exceeded all expectations. He was handed over to us clean, fully fueled and with other extras we weren't expecting, i.e. coffee, tea, sugar, washing up liquid, tea-towel. Dennis was a joy to drive and with great fuel economy. The entire process from start to finish was really easy.
