⭐ 5 Star service from start to finish. This was our first time hiring a campervan and Myles has set a very high bar! Ness was well equipped for the long drive from S. Wales to Cumbria, as this bespoke van provided stability and strength, alongside comfort and convenience. The pull out cooking essentials were a genius addition that ensured easy food prep regardless of weather conditions. Bed was very comfortable and the insulation and black out curtains enabled fantastic sleep every night! In summary, we were very reluctant to give Ness back! Myles and Charlie were great to deal with. Communication was good and responsive. The handover was quick and easy. We hired " Debbie ". The van was comfortable and easy to drive. Amazing first time experience hiring a campervan. Myles was very friendly amd helpful, nothing was too much trouble, also Very responsive. We had an amazing road trip in Debbie. She had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was wonderful being able to have a coffee wherever we parked up and I was even able to have a shower parked up in a car park after a cold water dip in Lake Windermere.
