I started traveling in 1982 at the age of 20 and since then I have visited more than 115 countries on six continents with a focus on jungle and wildlife.
From 2013 to 2014 I traveled by car from Germany to Senegal, starting with a “Rallye Humanitaire” from Germany to Senegal and ending with the 2014 World Cup finals in Brazil.
I have keen interest in dancing salsa (cuban), playing music (latin percussion) and have been in scubadiving and freediving for a year.
I love hosting (couch surfing) and meeting new people, and every time I'm looking for a new challenge.
I speak German, English, Spanish and Basic Turkish and Dutch.
