Really efficient, friendly and helpful handover with Rick before a 5 day tour of Norfolk and Suffolk. A try before buy experience for us and so impressed with the motorhome that we are now convinced that the make and model is for us as it has all the features we want for our plans to travel Europe. Excellent weekend away Rick made sure we had everything we needed and was available from start to finish for any questions we had. The motorhome itself was lovely well equipped and surprisingly good on fuel considering the size. As first timers to hiring a motorhome we was a bit dubious about what to do and how things worked but Rick was more than helpful and explained everything to us. Would definitely hire again February 2024

I wasn't sure what to expect as I have never driven one before, but we had a lovely weekend. Not as hard to drive as I thought. Rick was great at explaining how things worked and when we had a couple of queries he was on the end of the phone. Lovely and clean and comfortable. Great van and Richard was very helpful. The van is BIG, which is great when you're in it, but I was nervous about causing damage to it driving it around. There's also quite a lot to get your head around in terms of how everything works, but we soon got used to it and we very comfortable for the time we had it. Renting a van isn't a cheap thing to do, but it was good fun and the kids enjoyed the experience. August 2023
