What an excellent hire ! Kate was great from start to finish, so helpful and very accommodating. The motorhome is an absolutre pleasure, with Kate ensuring that every tiny detail is provided. Always available, especially in the first day or two, for any questions... the whole experience was very enjoyable. The whole experience of dealing with Kate and Rich was fantastic. Prior to the trip the videos were so helpful in preparing for my first use of a motor home. On arrival they could not have done more, the motor home was spotlessly clean and having them go through all the features was great. Rich even sat with me to get use to manoeuvring it before I left. We have just had an amazing time in this motorhome. Kate and Richard were so lovely and had made sure everything we needed was catered for. The communication prior to us starting our holiday was fab and helpful, Kate answered all of our questions plus gave us loads of extra info. The whole experience was so easy and straight forward. The motorhome was absolutely spotless, homely and very comfortable. Very easy to drive and use. There was a lovely welcome parcel including treats for the dogs!
