Andy's camper van was perfect for a weekend away exploring the Dorset coast over the Easter bank holiday. It was the perfect size for me, my wife and our medium sized dog. The van is very comfortable, both to drive and for relaxing in while stationary. It has everything you need (and more!). Andy is very knowledgeable and could not be more helpful; his communication was fast, efficient and polite. He spent some time showing me how everything works when I collected the van, but made it very clear he would gladly help if we needed to contact him while we were away. Andy comes across incredibly professional, but also very friendly, and it is clear that his main goal is for people to enjoy themselves. If you are considering booking, either as a first time or experienced camper van user, just go for it! This was my first time driving a camper van, and staying in it as just a couple, and we cannot wait to do it again; we are already looking at some dates for a few months' time - so book fast!! Andy was very helpful giving advice in advance of our trip and explaining how everything worked. Our dog was able to be crated on the back shelf for the journey and happily tucked into the passenger foot well on arrival. The weather was extremely wet and it made us consider what type of van we might purchase. Yet again Andy gave us some very useful recommendations. We are sure anyone would be happy to hire from him. We took Bilbo the van to france on a six day, 900km round trip adventure from Calais to Mt St Michel (France) and loved every minute of it. The van was the perfect size, allowing us to fit into car parks and under 2m barriers while also being big enough to feel at home for two people. Thanks to its heater, we stayed nice and warm but would definitely recommend packing warm pjs, blankets and pillows to make sure you’re toasty throughout the night (we travelled in the winter). The little kitchen had everything we needed and we feasted on noodles and wraps for dinner - with the not so occasional baguette or croissant, of course. We didnt use the chemical toilet but it was good knowing it was there. The hose at the back of the van also helped us to wash off. Overall, we loved our trip and the freedom the van afforded us. Andy was extremely helpful and accomodating, even dropping us off at the station after we had returned the van. Highly Recommended! March 2023

Bilbo was immaculate. On collection she was completely clean and with only 10,000 miles under her belt she drove like a dream. Andy provided outstanding service from the moment I messaged him. He talked me through how the mileage worked before I booked, picked me up from the train station showed me around the van, was on hand for support during our trip and even gave us a wee discount. If considering Bilbo, I would highly recommend her. There’s something about VW T6 vans that just hits all the sweet spots (for 2 people). Everything worked better than expected. We brought a camping table and chairs with us, which proved essential for when you settle somewhere for a wild camp. Also make sure to bring a USB-C cable so you can plug into the van and use CarPlay for music + maps. August 2022

Well what can I say, Excellent Campervan-Brand new clean easy operation of all equipment and a very confortable drive. Excellent Host - Andy and everyone behind the scenes do a great job providing a fantastic service from start to finish. Excellent Trip - Myself and my partner had a well earned few days away in Dorset a night here a night there the freedom to explore it was great We will use one of these campers again. Absolutely excellent from start to finish! I can't thank Andy enough for his swift replies, honest approach, helpful tips and for going above and beyond our expectations. The camper van was new, very clean, with top-of-the-line fittings, fresh water & new gas bottle. Andy explained all the toys, and we used everything with ease. It has heating but to be honest it was warm enough without and we barely used it. The bed is comfy for 2, and the black-out-curtains mean a peaceful sleep. We cooked meals easily and the running water is a bonus! We fell in love with 'Bilbo Baggins' and didn't want to return it! I can't recommend Bilbo or Andy enough, and we will definitely book again.
