We had very good and clear communications, changes were made to make sure the vehicle we hired was the most suitable for our needs. The Bongo lived up to all our expectations, which was good as we spent more time in it than planned due to the terrible weather that weekend. Very happy with Nick and the service he provided. Nick was fantastic from start to finish and we wouldn't hesitate to book from him again. We booked our van very last minute since being let down by another lender but Nick was very accommodating about pick up and drop off times which made our holiday much more enjoyable. Van was fine and was perfectly comfy enough for the 4/5 days we had it. Sure, its not a brand new £50k camper but we had a great time and for a good price! October 2021

unfortunately the van had some radiator issues which made me cut my trip short so i can't give 5 stars, however Nick was helpful and gave a partial refund July 2021

Really impressed by the service offered by Nick. All communication met promptly and the request to collect the motorhome earlier than planned was dealt with well. The van was as advertised and came with everything we needed for the weekend. The beds were comfortable and had two good nights sleep. Would go back and use Nicks' services again in the future, highly recommended! June 2021
