Frankie G - What a camper. Neil - What an owner. We had a brilliant experience renting Neil’s campervan for a festival weekend. The van was clean, comfortable, cosy, warm and really well equipped, with everything we needed to make the weekend feel much more like a home away from home. I was particularly impressed with how well it drove. I honestly expected a lot less from a campervan, but it was smooth, comfortable and really easy to drive, with no clunks or bangs. It made the journey there and back much more enjoyable than I expected. Pickup was quick and straightforward, and Neil was really friendly and helpful. He also sent us a detailed YouTube video explaining how everything in the camper worked, complete with timestamps for the different essentials. We found this incredibly useful throughout the weekend, especially when we needed a quick reminder of how something worked. The facilities were a massive bonus for a festival, particularly the shower, hot water and heating. With the absolutely torrential rain we had, being able to come back to a warm, dry camper, have a hot shower and get the heating on was a lifesaver! Neil had also included camping chairs and an electric BBQ, both of which came in really handy and were a lovely added touch. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better campervan for the weekend. Everything was easy, comfortable and well thought out, and Neil made the whole rental process really straightforward. I'd definitely rent from Neil again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Bernie is a great Motorhome! We were on a rainy long weekend at a festival and were so glad we had Bernie to escape from the mud. Everything we needed though I couldn’t work the hot water (my fault). Neil is really helpful and an excellent host. His video instructions are excellent (if only I’d downloaded them). We’d definitely recommend and hope to be back. September 2026

Neil’s handover was clear, friendly and helpful, which made getting started much easier. The motorhome was comfortable, well equipped and had everything needed for a relaxed trip. It was a great way to travel with flexibility, and staying in a motorhome made the journey feel much more open and enjoyable than a standard holiday. There were a few minor issues along the way, but Neil always responded enthusiastically and helpfully, which was really reassuring. He was warm, approachable and very supportive throughout. What made Neil’s motorhome special was that it felt practical but also homely, easy to settle into, easy to use, and a really good base for our trip. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I’d be happy to recommend it to other travellers. June 2026

Nice and Easy Transaction Great Motorhome Great Full Economy for a big van October 2025

Neil was very helpful with videos, emails and advice before the pick up and when we collected Frankie. We did struggle a bit with the drive - it is a very 'jiggly' motorhome with a bit of an awkward gearbox (it didn't like going into 2nd gear!) - my poor husband was green after sitting in the back section for the last 45 mins of our journey. Overall, she served us ok - the beds were comfortable and we managed to cook a couple of times. There are definitely bits that need updating or replacing, though. The mixer tap fell off the shower, the kettle handle broke on the second day, but these will be mended for the next user, I am sure. If we hired one again, we would want a more up to date model with more space. September 2025
