What should I do if the Traveller has a problem on their trip?

If a Traveller has problems along the way, it is wise to do the following:

Be available to contact at all times when the Traveller is on the road. This way, if they experience any difficulties or a breakdown, you can often help with a solution and make the experience a lot less detrimental to their holiday.

In the event of a breakdown, it is important to first inform the insurance, then breakdown assistance can be called in and where possible, arrange a replacement vehicle/transport for the Traveller.
