Liked: Great spot along the journey South

Could be better: Don’t need the bouncy castles! Simple slides and swings are better

Liked: The site is very pleasant with walks along the river and next to a good park.

Could be better: There were roadworks ongoing on the campsite with large, noisy vehicles moving around. Local loud music was playing well into the early hours. There are no seats on the toilets or toilet paper.

Liked: Good sized pitches and fairly level so set up of caravan was easy.

Could be better: Clearer pitch numbers viewable from car. They were in the ground and impossible to find or read.

Liked: Close to the Autoroute

Could be better: Nowhere to dispose of grey water

Liked: The site has excellent facilities. Showers are some of the best I have used. Water was hot and very powerful. Proper domestic style controls so no pressing a button every 5 seconds. They are also multi function so you have a choice between rain or handset. The site is used as a transit site so lots of people staying just the 1 or 2 nights which it copes with very well. Site owner speaks great English.

Could be better: Soap dispenser was always empty. No toilet paper in the actual cubicles.

Liked: Great campsite by a lake with lots of facilities, great for kids. Didn’t use the services but I’d say there weren’t enough electrical sockets for every9e that wanted them & it’s a bit of a free for all as to who gets them. Plenty of spots with shade available

Could be better: More electrical points

Liked: Good base for Le Tour de France Arrivee 2025.

Could be better: Do not allow dog poo. Repair locks on sanitary doors. Repair non working showers. Clearly number pitches. Look after site. Stop children riding electric scooters at high speed around site. Provide information at check-in.

Liked: We love the location and the whole "green valley" of the Indre

Could be better: The toilets and showers are badly in need of updating and modernising. Many doors are broken and the locks dont work, many of the showers dont work and all need replacing but we love the area

Liked: Pleasant staff. Bathroom facilities clean.

Could be better: 1. Tell visitors on arrival about the system for the showers and give them a bracelet which works, rather than letting them discover it doesn’t once they’ve undressed. This happened twice, then I gave up trying to shower. 2. Clean us mess at WC emptying point. This must be a public health issue. We reported it on arrival but nothing was done by the time we left the next morning. 3. Site seemed a bit sad and unkempt in places but bathroom facilities were all clean.

Liked: an excellent night stop at this camp, with beautiful walks around the lake. Great showers. However it was very tricky to actually get into the site on this occasion due to the road blocks because of the evening music concert.
