Could be better: The cleaning of toilets and the surroundings

Liked: Pitch was lovely overlooking lake , staff very personable and helpful , shop providing fresh bread and croissants every morning , good launderette , easy walk into Verdun.

Could be better: We didn’t use facility block however it seemed clean but very busy.

Liked: Well organised site but lack of water supply around the campsite

Could be better: Compared to many sites stayed at in last 2 weeks, these showers were nowhere near as clean and need updating. Taps not working in several sinks.

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff. The onsite food in the evening was good.

Liked: Loved this site, helped I am sure by great weather. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Their attitude was always pleasant. We had a lovely pitch with a view of the pond and fields. The food was simple but good quality and value for money.

Liked: Good clean facilities, Great Pool area.

Could be better: roads need repairing, re surfacing.

Liked: Always a warm welcome. A charming campsite with good facilities including a welcoming cafe restaurant bar and swimming pool that is right up to date. Yet the campsite which has been based camp for many years retains it's character.

Could be better: None! Facilities are refurbished and upgraded on a continuous basis.

Liked: Friendly welcome, we were offered bread/croissants for the morning. Nice pitch, satisfactory shower block. The pool looked lovely although we didn’t use it. Short walk into town. On-site restaurant which had a good menu although we didn’t use it. A bit of traffic noise from nearby busy road, but not disruptive. Good value.

Could be better: Services area a bit scruffy.
