Liked: Handy for Calais

Liked: Very helpful and friendly on arrival, a peaceful rural feel to the site. We really enjoyed our visit and would use it again. Limited menu in the restaurant, but the food we had was good. The site manager was kind enough to book a vet appointment for our dog for our return to England. A large motorbike rally turned up at one point but it was far enough away from us on the site not to be a nuisance.

Could be better: The grass pitches could have done with mowing in places.

Could be better: Toilets a bit tired.

Liked: This is an excellent site very convenient for Calais. Julien in reception is professionalism to perfection

Liked: Only stayed for a few nights but recevied a warm welcome from Julianne who was very helpful.

Liked: Choice of pitches, quiet out of season. No pool or restaurant available. Reception help good and friendly. Interesting area for cycling and walking.

Could be better: More hard standing pitches as grass very long and muddy.

Could be better: Shame the pub and restaurant weren’t yet open

Liked: With it being start of season we should have been told that the restaurant and pool wasn’t open till later in the month. The reception was a very nice man, pleasant and friendly. A nice touch is the chickens roaming about. Just a shame the site wasn’t fully open
