Absolutely fantastic time! As newbies to motorhoming Johnathan made everything so easy to understand and nothing was to much bother.
Effa was so well equipped and homely, and after one night we felt like pros!

When leaving this review I have thought carefully what I would want to read when selecting the right campervan and hopefully my review below will ensure you choose Big EFA. 5 stars is not enough !
We as a family were complete novices to this type of holiday and from the very first communication Jonathan put our minds at rest. Above and beyond is how I would describe his service, every communication we received was so informative and made our family trip so much more enjoyable. BIG EFA is equipped with everything you may need ( literally everything ) and with Jonathans help and guide book there is simply nothing you need other than to enjoy the trip. Jonathans service does not end once BIG EFA is returned, the aftercare and communication is simply outstanding. I would highly recommend BIG EFA and Jonathan and will certainly look no further in the future should we hire again

Jonathon was a pleasure to deal with, he was prompt with replies and provided excellent information about all aspects of the motor home. The motor home was immaculate and the basket of goodies, including freshly laid eggs from his own chickens, was a lovely touch. We would definitely use the service in the future.

Superb motorhome BIG EFA has everything you can think of to go on a journey from cooking to sitting outside with its huge table and gazebo. Probably the best motorhome on the road in wales plus sleeps seven with 7 seatbelt’s. would definitely hire again from Jonathan .
