PICK UP TIME: 3pm (unless otherwise agreed*)
DROP OFF TIME: 11am (unless otherwise agreed*)

* A late penalty fee of £20 per 30 mins will be deducted from your deposit unless late drop off time has been previously agreed.

Please note that the hirer and all drivers:

-are not under the age of 23 or over 75 years of age
-has held a full UK or EU licence for minimum of 2 years
-has not had their licence suspended for any period of time within the last 3 years
-has not been involved in more than 1 fault incident within the last 3 years
-has no more than 2 convictions with a maximum of 3 points per conviction
-has not obtained a BA, DD or UT conviction

*Any criteria that falls out with the above MUST be discussed with insurer.

For insurance purposes we will require 2 of the following for each driver (address must match that of licence):

-utility bill
-bank statement
-credit card statement
-phone bill
