Drivers must be:
• Aged between 25 and 70
• Have held a full driving licence for at least 3 years
• Have unendorsed licences (except for minor speeding or parking offences)

You are welcome to bring aboard 1 well behaved dog on your journey, at no extra cost. We do ask that they are kept off all beds and furniture and any muddy prints are cleaned up. If additional cleaning is required, there will be a charge of £50.

Our motorhome is strictly non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. If there is any evidence of smoking, there will be a charge of £250.

Extra charges that may be deducted from security deposit include:
• Refuelling - £20 plus cost of fuel
• Chemical toilet disposal - £50
• Grey water disposal - £50
• Extra cleaning - £50
• Damage - cost of repair
• Accident - £1000 to cover insurance excess
• Windscreen damage - cost of replacement
• Tyre damage - cost of replacement and associated costs
• Smoking - £250
• Late return charge - £50 per hour

The motorhome is supplied with 2 bottles of gas with at least one full. The cost of any subsequent refills, during the hire period, are the responsibility of the hirer. Please ensure that bottles the are the same size and have the same fittings as the ones that came with motorhome.

A security deposit of £1000 is due 7 days before the day of collection. This security deposit will be refunded in full subject to the motorhome being returned in a clean, undamaged, and complete condition. The toilet and grey water should be empty and clean, or a £50 fee will be charged for each. The motorhome will be thoroughly inspected on return with the hirer present.
The deposit will be refunded within 7 days.
We can take pre-authorised payments via card machine, in person or over the phone.

The motorhome is available to be collected from 3pm on the day of departure and should be returned no later than 11am on the last day of hire. Where possible, we will try and accommodate an early pickup and later drop off.
