Trevor – Cosy self built 2 berth campervan

Trevor is a 2007 Renault Trafic campervan who has been recently converted from his previous life as a plumbers van. He sleeps 2 comfortably, and there are 3 belted seats so feel free to bring along a tent for someone else!
The van contains a fridge, 2 burner gas hob, sink with running water and 30L fresh water tank, LED lighting, multiple phone charging points and plenty of storage for your adventures. Rear door and side windows make the interior light and airy, and also help with driving especially if you're not used to driving a van. I have tried to show all of the features on the photographs, but if you're unsure about anything specific feel free to send me a message and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Mechanically, the van has had a recent major service and has a clean bill of health from its last MOT, so despite being a bit older he runs very well. The 6-speed gearbox and 115ps engine also make motorway cruising easy, whilst as it is a short-wheelbase model you can park in nearly all parking spaces and navigate even the tiniest of lanes (I have tested this thoroughly!). The Renault Trafic vans are also surprisingly economical, and the large fuel tank means fuel station trips can be few and far between.

If you plan on taking the van off-grid for a while, I can provide you with a solar panel that plugs in and can be placed on the roof to top up the batteries. The battery also charges automatically when the van is running, and I will provide a mains battery charger for campsite use to make sure the fridge is always cold!

I will also provide a camp shower- this is just a large bag that heats up in the sun but it does the trick and provides enough water for a quick shower for 2.
Having spent all of last summer myself travelling around the Highlands and Islands in this van, I can confirm that he is perfect for the job. Come and take him on new adventures this year!
