The deposit (£2,000) needs to be paid directly to the advertiser (to ensure clear and traceable payment) and not to Goboony. Goboony is not liable for any dealings with the deposit.

We do not charge a deposit but do charge a £2,000 excess on our motorhomes. Remember this will only be charged based on any damage caused and is not paid upfront. Following booking confirmation, we require details to implement this which are arranged through us, not Goboony. Please note that Goboony is not responsible for the excess on this motorhome and any claims will be dealt with between the renter and the owner.

First of all the motor home is not the best on the market. Old and lot of patches. They put a parking fine on my car £300 to park on their site. Even though I parked outside their land and also ask permission from their staff. Watch carefully before you book, read all the google reviews, if any problems appear they will screw you July 2021

We understand that you are disappointed to have received a parking charge from us, but we did advise you that it was not possible to leave your car on the grass verge on our premises for the duration of your holiday. We are unable to offer any customer parking at our Edinburgh branch and this was made clear to you. We also advised you to use the long term car park at the airport about 10 minutes away. You were also given opportunity to come back and move your car but did not do so. The grass verge also requires regular maintenance over summer from local authorities and you dumping your car there despite being told by our staff not to is very problematic to this. Unfortunately you chose to ignore everything we advised and therefore incurred this charge. Ultimately this was your responsibility and could have been avoided. All our motorhomes are Adria Sun Living models and are less than 3 years old. The motorhomes are deep cleaned, multi-point checked and maintained by our specialist crew. If there was anything specific that you were unhappy with in the motorhome, please let our Customer services team know by emailing us at info@spaceshipsrentals.co.uk and we will investigate the matter for you as until this point we have not heard anything from yourself about the condition of the motorhome. Brand new motorhome, with full specs and very comfortable. There were plenty of space inside for our family (2 adults and 2 kids). Few suggestions for improvement: 1. the water hose can be another 10 meters longer to facilitate in the camping sites; 2. a plastic hose for the disposal of the grey water pipe would also make it easier for the user, as some campsites have a very narrow dumping places. When i read the details of the motorhome, i understood that an outdoor camping table and chairs were made available, but it wasnt the case. The GPS wasn't available either. Spaceships, pls advise. In overall, we had a great time with the motorhome. Regards Thomas August 2020
