5* Rolling Luxury – Adria Matrix Supreme 21 - 4.5 berth

Hello and thank you from my wife (Emily) and I (Ben) for taking the time to check out or beautiful Adira Matrix Supreme motorhome. Our family (two adults, one toddler and a Labrador) have had many, many amazing trips and experiences in this fantastic vehicle and we know you will too, be sure to show us some pics when you get back!

This is a 4.5 berth motorhome with a double bed drop down from the lounge ceiling and a permanent bedroom in the rear boasting two full sized single beds with a smaller one joining them up in the middle making a single large bedding area in the rear when set up as such. It comes with a complete bathroom including steaming hot shower, sink, toilet and mirror. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, large fridge/freezer and three hobs which is enough for you to cook a full Sunday roast with no bother (yes we speak from experience). Alde's hydronic heating system keeps you toasty warm what ever the weather, with the added bonus of under floor heating for warm toes where ever you step.

In order to make your holiday all about the fun of motorhoming your rental will come with everything you need to operate the vehicle. We will also spend time with you during your pick up making sure you know how the systems work and how to carry out basic tasks while on the road (please allow two hours). Collection and return times are flexible so please get in touch to arrange the details. Minimum rental period 3 day, maximum rental period 30 days.

WALK AWAY CLEANING SERVICE
As part of your rental you are signing up to our walk away service which means you don't have to worry about cleaning at the end of your trip. A total external clean is included as well as a basic internal clean. To keep the price reasonable for all if you've got the vehicle particularly dirty inside then you will either be asked to pay the additional cleaning cost or take your own time to bring the vehicle to a reasonable standard.

WIFI
The motorhome is equipped with an unlimited data wifi system that can be activated as an optional extra at the start of your hire. Please note it is at all times subject to the vagaries of mobile network coverage and if you're in the middle of nowhere its not likely to work for which we can offer no refund unfortunately.

DRIVING LICENSE
Please note due to the weight of the motorhome you will require a C1 license. This is available automatically if you passed your practical car test (licence category B) before 1 January 1997 or if you passed after this date with additional training and testing.

INCLUDED AS STANDARD IN YOUR RENTAL
To make you holiday as enjoyable as possible we included as standard the following:
• Car Parking on our driveway while you’re away (Single vehicle only, left at owners risk)
• Full Tank of fuel (must also be full when vehicle is returned)
• Electric Hook Up Cable
• Hose for filling water tank and connectors
• Gas Bottles
• Leveling Ramps
• Cutlery, Crockery and Glassware
• Kitchen equipment (pots and pans etc but also including a kettle and toaster both electric & gas)
• Bedding and bed linen
• Dog Kit - Travel water bowl, two dog towels and ground anchor (if required)

In order to enhance your experience we offer the following as optional extras which are paid for direct during the hand over process:
• Folding camping chairs (high) x 2 - £10 per rental

• Wifi (Unlimited data) - £20 per rental
• TotalCool evaporation cooling unit (12v) - £20 per rental

• Baby/Toddler Bed - LittleLife Arc 2 Travel Cot (See note 1) - £15 per rental
• Festival Pack (Portable tanks for fresh and waste water, flying identifier & pole) - £35 per rental
• Driveway Awning (Vango Airaway Galli III) - £300 per rental

INSURANCE
You the renter are responsible for arranging insurance for your rental period it is NOT included in the price of your rental through Goboony. Please contact my provider Comfort to arrange the details, this is between you and Comfort only, I have no sight of your details beyond getting confirmation that the vehicle is insured in your name.

Please go to the Comfort Insurance website, select 'Hire Insurance' then 'Hirers Guide' for more information. You will need to quote policy reference (015MRB0545645) when getting a quote. Please wait for a confirmed booking before paying for the policy. Please note that the insurance cover must be arranged with Comfort at least 48 hours before the hire is due to start.

VIDEO
The video is a promotional one the manufacturer has produced to drive sales. Clearly the motorhome you will be renting is not the one in the video but one like it. Please just use the video to get an impression of the overall look, feel and quality of the motorhome. Any questions please don't hesitate to get in touch.

NOTES
1 - Use of the LittleLife Arc 2 Travel Cot in the motorhome is subject to your own personal risk assessment we take no liability for anything that may occur. That said our baby now toddler has used it from 5 months to 2+ years with no problems.
