The deposit (£1,500) needs to be paid directly to the advertiser (to ensure clear and traceable payment) and not to Goboony. Goboony is not liable for any dealings with the deposit.

We do not charge a deposit, but do charge a £2,000 excess on our motorhomes. Remember this will only be charged based on any damage caused and is not paid up front. Following a booking confirmation, we require details to implement this which are arranged through us not Goboony. Please note that Goboony is not responsible for the excess on this motorhome and any claims will be dealt with between the renter and the owner.

We had a great time doing the NC500 in our van. It was very well equipped and comfortable for four of us. Pick and drop off we’re really easy and we wouldn’t change anything. Very good communication for any queries we had also! September 2021

Five days in late March ended up being a bit too cold. We expected it to be insulated, but it was just like a regular vehicle with window shades. March 2018

Response from Spaceships Hi Casey, thank you for the feedback. As our vehicles are predominately used in Summer, over insulating them would make them unbearable in June, July and August so this is just not something that is practical. To counter this, we offer extra bedding on request - you didn't ask for any - and also offer a "winter warming pack" that has an extra duvet and a heater that you can use at night. You elected to not purchase this winter add on. We hope you enjoy your future trips.
