LunaRoc – 4 Berth Vauxhall Vivaro Campervan

Before you can drive LunaRoc, we require all of the below for each named driver 7 days before hire commences.
Driving licence information
*A copy of your photocard driving licence (which must be valid/in date)
*A driving licence check code, which you can obtain from the DVLA under the “Get your check code” tab at https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence
The driving licence check code is valid for 21 days and in an attempt to avoid issues/delays on the day the Hire Period commences we request that you provide the code and other forms of identification 7 days ahead of the commencement of the Hire Period, this will also speed up the vehicle handover on the day you collect the Vehicle.
Proof of address document (two)
The address on this document must bear the drivers name and address and the address must be identical to the address on your driving licence and must be your current permanent UK residential address.
*You must carry only as many passengers as there are seat belts in the van.
*The fuel tank will be full on collection, and must be returned to us full. Fuel is at the Hirer’s expense and not included in the charges. The cost of any missing fuel will be deducted from your Security Deposit if the Vehicle is returned with the tank less than full.
*It is forbidden to smoke or vape inside the Van or awning, please respect this rule. You will be liable for any damage (including odour) caused to either, or their contents, through smoking or vaping.
*Pets are not to be left unattended in the van at any time and must be secured during transit
**We reserve the right to refuse hire to any person(s) and not hand over the Vehicle if, in our reasonable opinion, we feel the Hirer is not suitable to take charge of the Vehicle, such as, the Hirer is, or appears to be, unfit to drive or under the influence of alcohol or drugs
