**House Rules for Hiring Our VW Campervan:**

When you embark on your luxurious road trip adventure in our VW Campervan, we kindly ask you to follow a few essential house rules to ensure a memorable and respectful experience for everyone.

Firstly, It is essential you watch the following HOW TO guide to familiarise yourself with all the inner workings of the van. We will not always be available to help you if you get stuck. The short videos are very comprehensive and will cover everything.

Treat the van like your home—keep it clean, tidy, and damage-free. Smoking inside the campervan is a strict no-go, ensuring a fresh atmosphere for all travelers. While our campervan is pet-friendly, do notify us in advance if you plan to bring your furry companion along, and make sure they're well-behaved. The onboard WiFi is for browsing and light streaming; please avoid heavy downloads or streaming in ultra-high definition to ensure fair use for all guests. Always use the toilet and shower facilities responsibly, and report any issues immediately.

You must empty and rinse the toilet cassette before returning the van so as not to incur an added cleaning fee. This will be charged at £150 and is intentionally high so that we don't have to deal with your poo. We ask that you leave enough time to ensure the van is returned by the set time. During high season we have a specific window to complete a turn around for the next guest and send the van off in pristine condition. Lastly, remember the essence of road trips is respect—both for the van and the environment you're exploring. Drive safely, respect nature, and return the campervan in the same pristine condition you received it. Safe travels and happy adventures!
