Our insurance only covers damage to the van (and any third parties).
Please ensure that your personal belongings are kept safe, you might want to consider taking out holiday insurance to cover you.
All nominated drivers will have to provide a Photocard driving licence and we’ll ask each to share a DVLA check code.
We’ll also need to see 2 documents that prove the address of the main driver - so a recent bank statement and a utility bill will do. They need to show the same address as the driving licence
We will provide you with a full tank of fuel and ask that you return with a full tank.
Mileage is unlimited but please contact us before booking if you plan to cover more than a 200 mile/day average over the period of your hire.
We're based in Lancashire. We’ll give you the full address in your booking confirmation email.
Our vans are well maintained but these things happen, so if it does, RAC breakdown cover is included and what you need to do is included in your pack.
If they can’t get you back on the road, we’ll try to provide an alternative vehicle or refund the remaining days of your trip and pay reasonable compensation
We provide mattresses for the rock and roll and pop-up beds, but you will need to provide your own bedding. And we ask that you take sheets to cover the mattresses.
