Fixed rear double bedroom with height adjustable bed and a drop down double bed above driver and passenger seats, both beds are very nice sleeping spaces. Bedding (pillows, quilt, mattress protectors) will be provided, bedding to be supplied by hirer but can be arranged at additional cost. (Set-up & strip beds, laundry). A further sleeping space can be created in the lounge/dining area.

WC has a sealed single waste cassette, this needs to be empty upon return, chemicals will be provided.

Kitchen has a 3 burner hob, large fridge with a freezer compartment. Crockery, pots, pans, glassware and cutlery provided. BBQ’s, coffee machines and Ninja Foodie are available at additional cost.

The entertaining and dining space has a smart TV connected to the onboard Wi-Fi system, a data pack can be arranged at additional cost.

There is a large garage containing chairs and a table for outside seating and dining. A wind out awning provides some protection from the weather, be it good or bad. A bike rack provides transport for 2 bikes and is adjustable for ease of loading. The vehicle is air conditioned throughout and when hooked up this will cool & also heat in colder climates.

The vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel, 2 full gas bottles, 25% fresh water with empty waste and toilet tanks. All we ask is that the waste water and toilet effluent tanks are both emptied, the vehicle be re-fuelled and gas bottles re-filled with receipts to confirm this has been completed on the day of return locally, failure to do so will see the cost deducted from the hirers deposit. Additional costs will be charged if waste tanks are not emptied.
