Big Boy – 3 berth Mercedes-Benz bus from 2014

This is big boy. He is a 2014 Mercedes’ sprinter who I converted in 2020. The bed is a permanent king size that runs lengthwise (for the taller traveller) with a removable hammock bed above for the young folk if necessary.
Fitted with a sink, mobile portapotty (with tent), mobile travel shower (hot water recommended!), solar electrics (1.5 KWh) and ample USB ports to charge devices and 230v for larger goods (max 900w). This off grid camper has been a project of love made from lots of recycled wood (cedar mostly) and even boasts a mahogany kitchen.
With cups, plates, bowls and even a ducks head bottle opener, Big Boy has all the crockery and cutlery to make any self respecting mobile chef feel at home.
Massive bed, camping chairs, games, awning and camping stove mean that Big Boy is an amazing companion for 2 or even a small family to get away in comfort.
