Kate and Sean were fabulous van hosts and we were lucky to have use of their lovely van over Easter. Their communication and advice was clear all the way through from booking to return. We really appreciated touchpoints checking in through the trip and do not underestimate the effort that goes into looking after strangers who are using a beloved asset. We had the best time ever in Kate and Shaun’s camper. It was our first time in a van with 2 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. Kate popped some little treats and a couple of very much appreciated beers which was such a lovely touch. Communication was great and everything just felt really straightforward. We reallllly hope to rent again soon! August 2023

Kate & Shaun are brilliant owners who allowed us to use their beautiful motorhome to take to the British Grand Prix at Silverstone - something other owners were against (anyone would think we were lining it up on the grid next to Lewis Hamilton). The lead up to collection was smooth, straightforward and well informed and Shaun briefed us well on how to use the motorhome. They also offered us extra camping equipment for our trip if needed such as an awning and camping chairs. Although having a couple of electrical glitches, we were able to keep in touch with Kate & Shaun throughout the trip and try to troubleshoot our issues. Would not hesitate to use these again! From enquiry to returning the van post trip both Shaun and Kate were excellent, making our first time using this hire site hiring a camper a 1st class experience. Their communication was clear and timely and they were so helpful with the admin side of things. The van itself was so much fun. It’s so easy to drive, is spacious and has everything you need for a trip away. Shaun’s handover was brilliant, showing us exactly how everything worked to make sure we’d get the most of everything the van had to offer. We’d hire with from these again without any hesitation. Very easy booking process. Shaun was very helpful throughout. Easy collection and return. The Camper Van was a great bit of kit, very easy to use. Easy to drive. Shaun and his wife have thoughtfully kitted it out with all the camping equipment you’d need, so it was stress free. It was also nice they weren’t ’precious’ about it and expect it to be used in the manner it was designed for. I’d definitely book through them again. February 2023

The campervan was great and perfect for our week long trip across Scotland. The handover was smooth as were the communications leading up to the hire. Shaun was very responsive and flexible about the pick up. The campervan is smart, tidy, with loads of space for storage. There were four of us (2 adults and 2 boys) and everything fitted with room to spare. It being a long wheeled base van was good for the extra room. The trunk supplied for wet/outdoor gear was a real bonus too. On the road the van was easy to drive and ate up the miles. We spent half the trip overnighting off-grid (no hook up) and half the trip at campsites and it was easy to set up and plug in. Loads of room up top for our pre-teen boys and the rock and roll bed was super-easy to get ready. We used the awning a couple of mornings for an early morning cuppa and breakfast. We were offered the drive-away awning but given we were moving on every day, it didn't seem worth it. November 2022

Shaun's camper was amazing! We had such a fun holiday, handover was easy and thorough. He was so helpful and flexible with our pick up/drop off needs, there was even beers in the fridge! We will definitely be renting again if we can as we would love another chance to make the most of this fab van! July 2021

The van was perfect for our trip, the fit-out internally is still fresh out of the box and the van drives really well and is easy to manoeuvre around tight lanes etc. We took it up to Scotland and very much enjoyed our trip, stopping off grid and at a site with facilities to hook up to electric etc. Would recommend Shaun as a host, he gave a very thorough demonstration of all the vehicles features. Shaun was a very friendly, helpful owner, always ready to help with any queries by phone before or during the hire period. As newbies to campervanning he explained everything well and in layman’s terms so driving and using the van was comfortable and relaxed. He has a range of add-ons that come with the van (e.g. roll mats for the bed, camp chairs and a table, spare gas bottle, torches) and the van itself is well equipped and ready to go. Our only regret was that we did not take up Shaun’s offer to use the drive-away awning – but hopefully we’ll try that next time. We were even supplied with canned goodies in the fridge (pale ales and spirit mixers) – these went down a treat. As he had no immediate prior bookings to our planned pick-up or nothing immediately after our due return date Shaun let us collect earlier and return later so we had a few more hours in the van, which was great. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances we had to come home a day early and Shaun has kindly offered us to take a day at no additional cost later in the year, which we both appreciated. I have no doubt we’ll be taking on the offer hopefully in warmer, drier weather than we met this time on our Yorkshire coast tour. Having never driven a long wheel base van before and having heard tales of difficulty parking I’m pleased to say this was not the case, driving and parking was easy (and the parking sensors are a useful backup if you are in any doubt). The weather could have been better but I don’t think the van could have been. A highly recommended, friendly and minimal stress hire process. Thank you Shaun and Kate 😊👍 May 2021

Well, what an amazing campervan! It was beautiful inside and out, Shaun and Kate supplied all the necessities, including cold beers, gins and a couple of sachets of Ella’s Kitchen for the baby! Very much appreciated. Shaun was really prompt in all communication and he couldn’t do enough to make sure we had a good week away. What a fantastic experience! We hired the camper van for a week to explore the Lake District and it really exceeded our expectations. It Is immaculately finished to a high end standard and comes with everything you need to start your own adventure. Shaun and Kate were great hosts, really friendly and responded to all of our questions promptly. We can highly recommend hiring their van and we look forward to doing so again in the future.
