COLLECTION & DROP OFF

✅ Collections from 3pm
✅ Drop off by 11am promptly

Please ensure you return the camper in a clean condition. We have a £50 cleaning fee deductible from the deposit if the camper is not returned in clean condition.

FESTIVALS
even though we allow use for Festivals we do expect the vehicle to be used appropriately and not abused. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere of a festival and thoroughly enjoy seeing pictures of our campers at such events. However, please do be responsible with the vehicle as any damages are claimable.

PETS
We do allow usage with well behaved pets but please bring the vehicle back in clean condition. Cleaning up after pets can require a more intense clean. We charge a £100 fee deductible from deposit if the camper requires a full valet due to pets.

COLLECTING YOUR CAMPER
you will be given the full address details of where to collect your camper. Please ensure you budget a little extra time for us to show you the vehicle and explain how to use it. There will also be some basic paperwork to review and sign. Please allow around 30 minutes to complete this.

FUEL
The camper will come with a full tank of fuel. Please return with a full tank of diesel. Fuel level will be checked on drop off

Parking on site.
You are more than welcome to park your vehicle with us while you travel in one of our campers. This is a free service. We accept no liability for vehicles parked in our car park. Please check your insurance fully covers the vehicle.
