Luxury Motorhome with Flexible pick up/drop off times

Our Motorhome is our pride and joy, please enjoy yourselves but treat it with respect and return it clean and in the same condition as you found it especially if you are bringing your dog along with you (A cleaning charge of £50 per hour will be deducted from the deposit if this is not adhered to).

Our dogs do NOT go on any furniture or furnishings, we expect the same of yours.

Dogs are NOT to be left in the vehicle on their own at any time.

Muddy and sandy paws must be washed before they come inside, plenty of dog towels are provided.

Dogs must be house trained and for this reason we cannot allow dogs under 6 months of age.

Damage charges will be deducted from the Deposit.

We have a strict NO SMOKING and NO VAPING policy. Failure to adhere to this will result in loss of total £1,000 deposit.

Toilet cassettes must be emptied and clean. (A £50 cleaning charge will be deducted from the deposit if this is not adhered to).

The fuel tank must be full on return. (£35 per quarter tank will be deducted from the deposit if this is not adhered to).
Late return charge - £100

The following are required by our insurers:

Drivers must be over 30 and under 75 and held a full UK Or EU Driving licence for a minimum of 2 years.

Drivers must not been involved in more than one fault incident in the last 3 years.

Drivers must have no more than 2 convictions with a Maximum of 3 points per conviction.

Hirers are required to complete a rental agreement form.

Hirers are required to provide an access code to the DVLA licence check scheme.

A current driving licence must be provided on the day of hire and 2 further proofs of ID with your current address on them matching your driver's licence, i.e. one of which MUST be a utility bill dated less than 90 days prior to travel date.

A security deposit of £1000 must be provided on the day of hire or before, by credit card, debit card or bank transfer. Any damage to the motorhome will result in the deposit not being returned.
