Since purchasing this home two years ago, it has been a dream. Being a fussy sleeper and needing creature comforts, this has ticked all boxes. The fixed bed is super comfy and when the kids have claimed that (well, actually it is closed off when adults want to stay up) we have also had comfy sleeps on the convertible sofas…it is flexible for your needs.
There’s an oven, gas hob, grill, microwave and all cooking equipment you should hopefully need...

There’s an oven, gas hob, grill, microwave and all cooking equipment you should hopefully need as well plastic crockery and cutlery for 4.
The fridge will be cool by the time you reach your destination and all you need to do is plug in and you are set!
The hot water and heating is so efficient for those chilly evenings.
We have some fairy lights to make it homely.

Full tank of diesel - you will be deducted the cost of filling the tank back up + £10
Your rubbish removed
All outside furniture clean and packed away
All rooms cleaned
Fridge cleaned
Oven cleaned
Toilet cassette emptied and rinsed out - this is very important and there will be a £50 charge if that has not been done.
If any of the above are not adhered to you will incur a cleaning fee deducted from your deposit.
