Bussie! – Our amazing self-built camper Bussie is for rent!

We are Debby and Domi. We quit our job, sold our house, bought a bus and converted it into a camper. We started traveling in September 2020. Between September 2020 and January 2023 we traveled a lot with Bussie. But now we are busy with renovating our house in Portugal.

This means that you can rent our house on wheels. Are you someone who likes something different and adventurous, then our self-built camper is just the thing for you! The camper drives like a charm, is strong and so far no mountain has been too high. In addition, Bussie is also easy to park because he fits in a normal parking space. That is really the advantage of a motorhome in this format. And if you want to work and travel online, then our camper is perfect for you. With our 4G router you can be online everywhere by buying a SIM card in the country where you are. Ideal!

Below is a summary of what we find nice and useful in our Bussie:

- 3 seats in the cabin
- 2 sleeping places (bed of 140x180) yes, we are not that tall ;)
- 3 seats with a small table that you can turn in all directions
- fridge (can run on gas, electricity and solar panels, perfect!)
- sink with tap (2 jerry cans, 1 with a pump for clean cold water and the other for dirty water)
- gas stove with 2 burners (the gas bottle is in the garage under the bed)
- outside a connection point for electricity and inside 2 sockets (220v)
- extension cord
- inverter for a maximum of 1000 watts so that you can stand off-grid and do not need shore power
- 2 USB connections that work via the solar panels
- solar panels (200 watts) for all lights, phone and computer batteries, and the fan
- curtains at sliding door and back door against mosquitoes and insects
- including bed linen, towels, crockery, cutlery, pans, etc
- a lot of storage space under the bed and in the cupboards
- folding table with 2 comfortable chairs for outside
- awning that is easy to set up and take down
- a rug and ground covers (plastic) for outside under the awning
- easy to fill outdoor shower and the water can be heated by the sun
- portapotti with cleaning products
- 4G router without SIM card. You can easily buy a SIM card in the country where you are.
