Colombus – 2p Fiat bus from 2006

After unforgettable road trips through Sweden and Norway, we felt it was time for our own camper. That became Colombus, a 2006 Fiat Ducato that traversed all of Eastern Europe with us this summer. A lovely, reliable van that takes you smoothly from destination to destination and has everything you need for a relaxing camping holiday for two.

Under the canopy, you can enjoy long evenings outdoors, comfortably seated in the fold-out chairs. Inside, you will find plenty of storage space for all your belongings, games, and supplies, with handy bins for small items.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, kettle, and kitchen utensils—everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. You can cook indoors on the countertop, or outside if you prefer. In the morning, you can easily make your first cup of coffee in the French press thanks to the kettle.

Colombus features a new mattress on a pull-out bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and blackout curtains in the rear, ensuring it is truly dark so you can sleep soundly. There are two skylights, one of which is equipped with air conditioning for some extra cooling on warm days.

The camper can be connected to mains power, but thanks to the solar panel, you also have sufficient energy when wild camping: for charging devices, lighting, the water tap, and even the kettle. Is it a bit chilly? Colombus is well insulated thanks to the wooden finish, and an electric heater is included for use when connected to mains power.

There are three seats with seatbelts. There is no bike rack, but two bikes fit inside the van, which is convenient and safe while driving. On the road, you can listen to your own music via the Bluetooth radio with new speakers.

A table, two chairs, kitchen utensils, a power cable, and bedding are included with the camper as standard, so you can hit the road immediately.
