La vie est belle – Modern Burstner Ixeo Time IT700 with queen-size bed, year 2015.

Our modern Burstner Ixeo Time IT 700 is a very nice camper from 2015. Due to its length of 7.00 m (excluding bicycle rack), it is compact enough to drive on country roads and mountain roads. After years of renting, we have been the proud owner of our camper "La vie est belle" since the summer of 2020.

To drive:
The Fiat Ducato chassis is equipped with a powerful 130 hp engine and equipped with cruise control, power steering, 6 gears, reversing camera and air conditioning. The cabin has a panoramic roof and 2 luxurious swivel armchairs.

Life:
You probably live outside as much as possible when you are on holiday with a camper. But even if the weather is less than ideal, you can fully enjoy this camper. You can turn the 2 pilot armchairs in the front of the cabin to create a cozy sitting area with a sliding table. Due to the existing ring heating system, it is also very comfortable when the weather is not very nice. There is a separate toilet room with sink and shower cabin. There is a television in the camper, but we have chosen not to purchase a satellite dish or subscription. However, there is a chromecast on the television so that you can stream yourself via telephone or tablet.

To cook:
The kitchen is equipped with a 3-burner gas hob, large fridge with freezer compartment and sink. We have also ensured that there is a complete kitchen inventory such as pans, crockery, glasses, cutlery, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.

To sleep:
In the back there is a queen-size bed with slatted base and excellent mattress with walking space around the bed. At night you can pull out the bed to extend and during the day you push it back for more walking space. There is ample closet space with both hanging and shelving areas for your clothes and shoes. The sleeping area can be closed off from the living area by means of a door. Extra sleeping space for 2 children is available due to the existing automatic pull-down bed with protective net in the middle of the camper.

Outside:
The camper is standard equipped with an awning with storm straps, 2 to 4 adjustable chairs and table, outdoor carpet and trash can. On the back of the camper is a bicycle carrier suitable for 2 bicycles. A spacious double accessible garage box offers you easy access to the storage in the camper. There are also 2 filled gas bottles, level blocks, power cable and toilet fluid.

On holiday:
Of course you will receive a detailed explanation from us when picking up the camper. We have a laminated card in the camper that you can use as a checklist on arrival and departure.
It is nice to get to know each other in advance and it is certainly possible to come and view the camper in advance.

Pick up & return:
You can pick up the camper on Saturday from 11 a.m
You can return the camper on Friday between 5:30 PM and 8:00 PM.
Deviations from this are always negotiable.
