4p Bürstner semi-integrated from 2016

Beautiful luxury semi-integrated Burstner Ixeo Time It 745. The camper is 7.45 meters long, built in 05-2016 with awning and TV. The ring heating and hot water run on LPG, so refueling is cheap. Our camper has two fully rotating, adjustable comfort seats. By turning the front seats towards the dining table with a longitudinal bench, this camper offers a cozy seating group. Chairs and sofas have leather upholstery and are in good condition.
The kitchen has a 3-burner gas stove, a sink with mixer tap (cold and hot), a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment. Small oven is available separately. There is also an electric kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.

There is a queen bed in the back of the camper. There is a pull-down bed in the cabin. The camper has a separate shower and toilet. These are all lockable (see photo for layout). There are also many cupboards and storage spaces.
The camper is fully equipped: TV, awning and air conditioning in the cabin.
Mosquito screens are available to keep uninvited guests out.
The camper is equipped with a complete inventory such as outdoor chairs, outdoor table, Weber BBQ, sandwich maker, small oven, and all supplies for the kitchen and two full gas bottles (These will be settled afterwards).

The Camper is mounted on a 2.3 JTD - 130 hp Fiat Ducato chassis, which provides perfect road holding.
There is a bicycle rack on the back of the camper for a maximum of 2 bicycles of 60 kg max. In short, be surprised by the many possibilities of our camper. The camper can be viewed in advance.

During the winter months you can spend the winter with our camper. This is possible from 55 euros per day. Inquire about our winter rates

The camper is fully insured, including breakdown assistance in Europe and replacement transport. The deductible is €1250. You can also purchase the deposit via Allianz Assistance deductible car / camper insurance. The driver must be at least 25 years old and have had a Dutch driver's license for at least 3 years.
