Wij hebben een fantastische rondreis gemaakt langs de noordkust van Schotland (de NC500 en Isle of Skye). De auto was hier zeer geschikt voor en maakte de reis extra vet! Met deze auto langs de kust rijden en ‘s avonds een plekje zoeken om de tent uit te klappen heeft de ervaring voor ons helemaal afgemaakt. De auto rijdt goed en is uiteraard ook heel geschikt om op onverharde wegen te rijden. Wij hebben elke nacht in het wild gekampeerd en het opzetten en weer inklappen van de tent gaat heel snel.
Met een bestemming als Schotland moet je wel iets meer rekening houden met bijvoorbeeld regen en wind bij het kiezen van een kampeerplek.
