Do you want to travel in a motorhome that you feel has been made with love? Then 'Ome Toon' is really something for you!
This one was built in 2021 together with my uncle (called Toon, you get the name) to live in, and that's what I used it for. Uncle Toon really feels like a cozy house.
Moreover, Ome Toon is fully equipped. It has the latest electronics, for example a 200 ampere lithium battery and a 350 watt solar panel. This means you are not dependent on mains power. In addition, we have built in a 230-volt inverter, so you always have mains power without being dependent on a power pole. Just like a real house, but on wheels.
With the 90 liter water tank you can survive long enough. Do you need a nice hot shower in the wild? It's all possible with Ome Toon. It contains an electric boiler with which you have hot water within 20 minutes, and when it is heated, it also stays warm for a long time. You can shower inside, but also outside if you put the shower hose through the window.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas oven, 2 burner cooking unit and a large sink with removable tap. The tap has 2 positions, ideal for washing dishes or rinsing. The swiveling front seats or the sofa provide a cozy dining area.
The bed is 150 wide and when you are 185 you can sleep stretched out with 2 people.
The camper has dimmable spotlights and luxurious reading lights in the bedroom, so the atmosphere in the evening is just right.
In addition, Ome Toon has a Maxx Airfan, through which hot air can be exhausted or cool air can be introduced. This, in combination with the good insulation, ensures that it remains cooler in the motorhome in summer compared to outside. This also ensures the removal of odors that arise during cooking.
The toilet is a compost toilet and has a fan that brings out the smell. So always a fresh camper.
Do you like sleeping in? You can do that in Ome Toon, because it stays cool, you can completely darken the camper and because of the good insulation you keep most of the noise out.
Ome Toon also drives as you are used to from Mercedes. The automatic transmission makes it extra nice, especially in combination with the cruise control, driving long distances is a party. The reversing camera provides an overview.
