After several years of renting different sizes of campers we were out. A bus camper with a maximum length of 6 meters, a fixed double bed and 4 seats is the ideal camper for us. After a while of searching we found a nice 2010 Fiat Ducato with automatic transmission and strong 3 liter engine. In 2019 I converted this bus into a camper myself.... the result is a nice light interior with slats on the ceiling (a must in our opinion) and plenty of storage space.
The camper is equipped with 2 super sitting and swivel front seats and a dinette.
The kitchen is equipped with a 2 burner gas hob, a sink with a fine tap and a hot water boiler. There is enough space for spices in the spice rack and for crockery and provisions in the many cupboards. Opposite the kitchen is a toilet room with built-in toilet and sink. Then we arrive at the back of the camper where you reach the spacious double bed of 195x150cm with slatted base and fine mattresses via a staircase. Under the bed is the large garage where you will find the chairs and table and where there is enough space for all those other things you would like to take with you.
With this camper you can easily camp off grid for a few days thanks to the built-in 70 liter fresh water tank, 90 liter waste water tank and solar panel that keeps the on-board battery up to scratch. Finally, there is room on the back of the camper for 2 bicycles on the supplied bicycle carrier (max total weight 65 kg) or your own bicycle carrier (on the tow bar).
Send me a message without obligation if you want to know more or maybe want to come and have a look first, and I'll explain everything to you.
Sincerely,
Jeroen
