Our Wuppie is a compact yet spacious and practical family camper with 4 adult sleeping places or 3 adults and 2 small children is also possible. Wuppie is fully equipped and can be rented for a wonderful holiday in any season of the year.
We are talking about a manual Ford from '94 with a 2.5 liter diesel engine that drives well.
What can you expect on the road from this nostalgic camper. It is of course not a speed demon, but can easily drive at 100 km per hour on the highway unless you have a lot of headwind, then the camper will drive a bit slower. The camper can also drive in the mountains, but if the sections are too high, they may have some difficulty climbing and will not go very fast. But the highways in the mountains are generally not a problem. We have already made a few tours through the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Italy, Austria, Croatia, Greece and the Netherlands. But pay attention to what routes we take in terms of mountains.
The camper is about 5.60 meters long, which makes it easy to drive and fits in a parking space. Despite its 5.60 meters length, it is still very spacious inside due to the practical layout. The camper also has an awning that can be completely closed.
Furthermore, you can easily be off grid with this camper. We also do this ourselves, but this of course depends on the weather, with only cloudy and rainy days it is recommended to connect to a power supply. The power cable is present with the camper to connect it to camping power, for example.
The heating runs on electricity, so it is best to be connected to a power supply. This is also because the electric heating cannot otherwise be turned on for very long due to the power consumption via the solar panel/battery. With a full battery it can last up to 2 hours.
To sleep:
- The camper has 4 to 5 sleeping places;
- Fixed double bed in the alcove with a 145*210 mattress and window in the alcove at the front and skylight for ventilation;
- The 4-person train seat/dinette can be converted into a spacious single bed or for 2 smaller children 97*190
- The long bench next to the train seat/dinette can also be used as a bed, which is 73*176
To sit
- Max 9 seats including driver, 4 of which have seat belts, seat belts are not necessary/mandatory for the other seats. Have a belt;
- Train seat (2 persons) facing forward and the driver and co-driver seats.

Everything is included (unless stated otherwise in the advertisement). But at least the cutlery, crockery, camping chairs, camping table and much more. You can always call or text if something is not convenient for you during your trip, I am always at your service to help you as best as possible to ensure that you have a carefree holiday.
Insurance:
The camper is third party insured and additionally insured through the Goboony day insurance. The Goboony day insurance is an additional security on top of the existing third party insurance that also covers potential financial damage during the rental period. The Goboony insurance also covers 24/7 Roadside Assistance: the renter receives 24/7 assistance in the event of a breakdown or when he or she can no longer drive the camper (of course not in the event that you can no longer drive due to alcohol). On-site repair, towing to a garage or repatriation is provided. The costs for alternative transport and accommodation will also be reimbursed. The exact rules regarding insurance can be requested.
Extra information:
I am very careful with my belongings and I hope that the renter would treat the camper as if it were your own and handle it with care.
In addition, we would appreciate it if you returned the camper with a full tank and the chemical toilet emptied.
